This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our app for both Ride Bhaiya App (Customers, who take rides from drivers) and Ride Bhaiya (Drivers, who provide rides). By using the app, you agree to the terms detailed below.
General Usage Restrictions
Vehicle Type
This app is strictly for four-wheel vehicles with a maximum capacity of seven seats, including the Driver. Vehicles exceeding this capacity or outside these specifications are not permitted to use the platform.Service Coverage
This app is intended for use exclusively within the United States. Users outside the U.S. are not authorized to use the app, and the developers are not liable for any legal or operational issues arising from unauthorized use in other regions.Distance Limitations
The app is designed exclusively for short-distance rides of 30 miles or less. Rides exceeding this limit are prohibited. Drivers and Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with this restriction.Ride Advertisements
Drivers are advised not to overpost advertisements for rides. Posting multiple or duplicate entries for the same ride is prohibited and may result in account suspension or removal of listings.Pre-Ride Communication
Customers must contact the Driver directly through the app to confirm ride details before proceeding. Customers are advised to avoid boarding a ride without verifying the Driver and the agreed-upon terms.Liability Disclaimer
The app acts solely as a platform to connect Drivers and Customers. The app and its developers are not responsible for any disputes, accidents, or misconduct that may occur during a ride. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and use the app responsibly.Fraud Awareness
Users should be cautious of fraudulent activities. The app does not request sensitive information such as vehicle registration numbers or insurance details. Contact details are shared between the Driver and Customer solely to facilitate communication.Geographical Restrictions
The app should only be used in areas where local laws permit ride-sharing services. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and state regulations.
For Ride Takers (Customers)
1. Customer Responsibilities
1.1 Verification Responsibility
Customers are required to verify the Driver's identity before commencing any ride. This includes verifying the Driver’s valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and any other identification or credentials. Customers must exercise caution and make sure they trust the Driver before proceeding with the ride. The app takes no responsibility for misidentification or any fraudulent activity by the Driver.1.2 Short-Distance Ride Limitations
The app is strictly for short-distance rides with a maximum of 30 miles. Customers should ensure they do not request or attempt to arrange longer trips. Customers must verify all ride details (pick-up, drop-off points, pricing) with the Driver before accepting the ride.1.3 Group Rides
For group rides, the Customer is solely responsible for discussing all relevant ride details with the Driver. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing, the number of passengers, and specific timing arrangements. Customers are encouraged to communicate with the Driver to ensure a smooth experience.1.4 Customer Behavior and Conduct
Customers must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the ride. Any misconduct or disruptive behavior is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The app is not liable for any conflicts that arise between the Driver and the Customer during the ride.
2. Liability and Safety
2.1 Road Accidents and Safety
The app is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries that may occur during the ride. Customers accept the risks associated with traveling and are responsible for ensuring that the Driver has the necessary experience and safety measures in place. The app takes no responsibility for incidents or mishaps caused by the Driver's actions or road conditions.2.2 Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance
Customers should be aware that it is the Driver’s responsibility to maintain the vehicle in a safe working condition. The app does not inspect or monitor vehicles for compliance with safety regulations. Customers should exercise discretion and verify the condition of the vehicle and its safety features before riding.
3. Privacy Policy and Data Use
3.1 Collection of Data
The app collects minimal personal information to facilitate communication between the Driver and the Customer. This includes phone numbers, which are shared between parties to ensure smooth coordination. The app does not collect sensitive information like vehicle registration details, insurance information, or financial data.3.2 Data Security and Confidentiality
The app ensures that all communication between the Driver and Customer is kept private. Customers are advised not to share sensitive details such as One-Time Passwords (OTPs), banking information, or other personal data outside the communication with the Driver. The app is not responsible for any data breaches or privacy violations that occur outside of the platform.3.3 Fraud Prevention
Customers must remain vigilant against fraudulent activities. The app does not ask for vehicle registration numbers or insurance details. Customers are advised not to engage with fraudulent third-party apps or parties asking for such details.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Payment Arrangements
Payment terms must be discussed directly between the Driver and the Customer. The app does not facilitate or mediate payments in any form. The app does not take responsibility for payment disputes or financial transactions. Customers should be prepared to pay using the Driver’s preferred payment method.4.2 Payment Method
Customers are responsible for ensuring they understand and agree on the payment method with the Driver before the ride begins. The app does not handle payments or offer any financial transactions.
5. Usage Restrictions and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Limitation on Ride Types
The app is strictly for short-distance rides (up to 30 miles) within the United States. Customers should refrain from attempting to arrange longer rides or cross-state trips.5.2 Prohibited Ride Postings
Customers should not attempt to post duplicate or misleading ride advertisements. If a ride is already posted, customers are encouraged to avoid creating a new listing for the same trip.5.3 Communication with Driver
Customers must communicate with the Driver before accepting a ride. It is essential that both parties confirm the details, including the price, timing, and any other special arrangements, before proceeding with the ride. Customers should not board a ride without proper confirmation from the Driver.
6. Termination of Service and Account Suspension
6.1 Account Termination
The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's account if they are found violating any terms and conditions, engaging in fraudulent activities, or exhibiting inappropriate behavior. Customers may also face suspension or removal if they post misleading or duplicate ride advertisements.6.2 Compliance with Local Laws
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with local laws and regulations regarding ride-sharing and transportation. The app is not liable for any legal issues that arise from a Customer’s failure to comply with such laws.
Ride Providers (Drivers)
1. Driver Responsibilities
1.1 Insurance and Compliance
Drivers are required to ensure they have valid insurance, vehicle registration, and comply with all relevant local laws and regulations. The app does not verify or take responsibility for the accuracy or validity of these documents. In the event of a road accident or incident, the Driver is solely responsible for managing any claims through their personal insurance provider.1.2 Vehicle Restrictions
Drivers are permitted to use only four-wheel vehicles with a maximum seating capacity of seven seats, including the Driver. Vehicles exceeding this limit, or any vehicles that do not meet these specifications, are prohibited from operating on the platform. The app does not accept responsibility for any non-compliant vehicles.1.3 Posting Rides
Drivers are prohibited from posting the same ride multiple times for the same trip. Reposting duplicate rides could lead to the removal of the listing and/or suspension of the Driver's account. The app expects that ride listings are unique and reflect accurate trip details.1.4 Pricing Responsibility
Ride pricing is entirely the Driver’s responsibility. The app does not regulate, set, or mediate the pricing of rides. Drivers must confirm all pricing terms with the Customer before the ride begins. Any disputes or misunderstandings regarding pricing must be resolved directly between the Driver and the Customer.
2. Safety and Compliance
2.1 Traffic Rules and Liability
Drivers are solely responsible for adhering to all traffic rules and regulations during the ride. Any violations of traffic laws, fines, or penalties incurred are the sole responsibility of the Driver. The app is not liable for any traffic infractions, penalties, or consequences that may arise due to the Driver’s actions or non-compliance.2.2 Passenger Safety
Drivers are fully responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers they transport. This includes ensuring that the vehicle is in good working order, all seats have working seat belts, and that the vehicle complies with safety regulations. Drivers must exercise caution, drive responsibly, and not take any information shared by the app for granted regarding safety measures.
3. Communication and Privacy
3.1 Communication with Customers
Drivers must communicate clearly and effectively with Customers to avoid misunderstandings. They are responsible for confirming all ride details (including pick-up and drop-off points, price, and timing) directly with the Customer. Miscommunication is not the responsibility of the app. The app only facilitates the exchange of contact details between Drivers and Customers for smoother communication.3.2 Fraud Awareness
Drivers are encouraged to remain vigilant and exercise caution in preventing fraud. They should never disclose sensitive information, such as One-Time Passwords (OTPs), personal banking details, or any other private information to third parties. The app does not collect or store sensitive data such as vehicle registration numbers, insurance details, or financial information.
4. General Usage Restrictions and Prohibited Activities
4.1 Posting Duplicate or Misleading Rides
Drivers must not post duplicate rides or create misleading listings. If the same trip is posted multiple times, it may result in the removal of the listing and suspension of the Driver's account. The app strictly monitors listings to ensure that no duplicate or deceptive ride advertisements are present.4.2 Vehicle Requirements and Restrictions
Drivers must use a four-wheel vehicle with a maximum of seven seats. Vehicles must be well-maintained, insured, and comply with all legal requirements. The app is not responsible for any issues related to the vehicle's condition or its compliance with relevant laws.
5. Payment and Financial Arrangements
5.1 Payment Arrangements
Payment terms, including the amount and method, are entirely at the discretion of the Driver. The app does not mediate or facilitate payment transactions between Drivers and Customers. The app is not responsible for payment issues or disputes. Drivers should ensure that all payment methods are agreed upon before the ride commences.5.2 Payment Disputes
Any disputes regarding payment must be resolved directly between the Driver and the Customer. The app will not be involved in resolving payment disagreements, and it is the Driver’s responsibility to ensure payment terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon with the Customer.
6. Termination and Account Suspension
6.1 Account Termination
The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Driver’s account if they are found to violate the terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or behave inappropriately. Drivers may also face suspension or account removal if they repeatedly post duplicate or misleading ride advertisements.6.2 Compliance with Local Laws
Drivers must comply with local transportation laws, including ride-sharing regulations, vehicle safety standards, and traffic laws. The app is not responsible for any legal issues or non-compliance actions resulting from the Driver’s actions.
Payment Terms
Payment Arrangement
All payment discussions and agreements are to be made directly between the Driver and the Customer. The app does not mediate, process, or facilitate payments in any form.Mode of Payment
Drivers may specify their preferred mode(s) of payment (e.g., cash, digital wallet, bank transfer) during the arrangement process. Customers are expected to be prepared to accommodate the Driver’s payment preferences.Undiscussed Payment Modes
If the mode of payment has not been pre-discussed, the Customer must be ready to provide payment in a form acceptable to the Driver at the time of the ride.No Payment by the App
The app does not pay Drivers for rides or provide any financial compensation. All payment transactions are strictly between the Driver and the Customer.Liability Disclaimer
The app is not responsible for any payment disputes or fraudulent transactions. Drivers and Customers are encouraged to exercise caution and ensure secure and transparent payment practices.
General Terms for All Users

The app acts as a platform to connect Drivers and Customers for short-distance rides. It does not arrange, participate in, or guarantee the execution of rides. The app is not liable for any accidents, injuries, disputes, or inappropriate behavior by either party.Data Usage and Privacy

4. Acceptance of Terms
By using the app, both Customers and Drivers acknowledge that they understand and agree to these terms. The app is not responsible for ensuring compliance or resolving conflicts that arise during the ride.
